I have been thinking far too much of the words I wish to write. The first step is often the most difficult for me to take because I think of the fall. Standing still is also terrifying, but I find an odd comfort in its familiarity. I know I would rather take the steps, embrace the fall, and keep walking the path I chose. I know this is a small step in the never-ending journey, but I am so happy, grateful, and excited.
I have so much to learn, and so much I want to accomplish. I know I will doubt myself, and there will be days I will overthink until exhausted. Even if those days become more vivid than others, I will continue to search for peace, happiness, and the place I belong.
